nav aux input screen bypass

has anyone figured out how to bypass the aux input on an 08 g35 with nav to allow video while the car is in motion i know in my old lexus i had to have a converter but it was not prewired i know it has to be a simple wiring fix but i am not sure just seeing if anyone has tried
