NAV and Audio hack for hdd

I am a new 2009 M35 owner, and I am already frustrated by the NAV limitations when moving. Simple things like trying to modify the order of the itinerary waypoints cannot be done while moving, and it is not always safe to pull over to the side of a highway.

I have found a lot of info regarding the NAV DVD hack on this forum, but not as much on the hack for the newer hdd based NAVs. Does it work pretty much the same?

I am finding the Music Box limitiations almost as frustrating as the Nav limitations. What is the use of allowing hundreds of CDs to be copied to the music box if you cannot get to them? Does the same Nav hack allow full use of the Music Box while moving?

I would like to get this done, but I do not trust my ability to do it cleanly. Has anyone had the hdd NAV hack done for them in the Phila area?

im not 100% sure, but i'm pretty certain the nav hack is to allow us to view movies on the main screen without being stopped. there is no way to fool the car into thinking it's not moving so certain functions of the Navigation can be utilized.

I am sure there is hack to allow for full NAV functions when the car is moving. I'm just not sure if it will allow full Audio function as well, or if that requires a different hack. Anyone ...?
