^^Sweeeet. I'm convinced that Humbolt is a much more beautiful place than Bostic.

You can't take a landscape picture here without getting a junky house in the pic. Damn trailerparks and redneck subdevelopments.

Took the Q on a 4 day, 800 mile roadtrip from Sacramento last weekend. Jon- Does this look familar to you? Name that town.

It's a 22 mile drive from US101 to get here. The road has 9% and 10% grades for 2-3 miles at a time. A lot more fun driving out than driving in.

Also spent a couple of days in Humboldt Redwoods State Park. Here's a couple of nice pics. I'm sure many of you have never been there, but you've got to drive the 31 mile long Avenue of the Giants at least once in your lifetime. Bring the vert.

BTW- The coastal town in the first two pics is Shelter Cove. About 3 hours north of SF on US101.

101 was a great drive. Well maintained and uncongested. With a good suspension it's a lot of fun. A person could get in trouble with the CHP on some of the stretches. I had your work address written down (Arcata Motorsports?) and was going to stop in on the way to Redwood NP but that leg of the trip got cancelled until the next time.

Remember boys and girls, I have higher res copies of most of the pics I post, so if you want any, just ask.I just took these pics moments ago. It poured balls out today and then opened up to this. The pics towards the end don't really do it justice. My whole house was red with sunlight. Really weird. Also, the light difference between the rainbow and the sky is no camera fault, it actually looked exactly like that.German skies...
