well, im new to this forum so bare with me please. but anyway, i was driving with my buddy the other day in his A/T 1990 240sx (that is now becoming my 240) and he tried to do a breakstand next to our friends and all of a sudden, the car had a real bad idle. i checked the compression on it and all cylinders are there. someone else had said something about the fuel injectors? but as soon as you hit about 1000rpm, it seems fine. any help?

I had a funky idle too in my car since I got it.

I was able to fix it myself with these two things:-K&N Drop-in Air Filter-And taking apart the intake and cleaning the throttle body and checking the vacuums.

Perfect idle, no more bouncy. between high 100's to low 1000. I don't think that's right, but at least it isn't bouncing anymore. Then yet, I see other 240's at the same revs as me. so whatev.
