Nasty Electrical Problem, Please Help!!!!!!

I have a 96 240sx with manual trans, that I have been working on for a while. We replaced almost all exterior on passenger side. The electrical system seemed fine after we were done. The car starts and runs, the radio works, the headlights work. Nothing else works, absolutely none of the assesories work. there are no running lights, no brake lights, no turn signals, no emergency flasher. The Battery is new, the alternator isn't, but seems to be charging the battery while the car is running. I have checked every fuse and fusible link that I can find. I have also check and or changed out any and all relays. This car also I believe has smart entry box, just about fuse box, almost looks like a mini ecm. This car also have a aftermarket stereo in it at one time, I removed all of those wires from the equation. The aftermarket stereo was never hooked into the factory wiring. Please if anyone has any idea of where to go next please post.

You are going to have to get a multi meter and a needle probe and trace the wires from a non working component up the wiring harness until you track it down. Sucks balls I know, sorry. Good luck to you.
