Nashville Superspeedway IA?

Hey just wondering who all is going to the Summer Import Alliance. I will be there. Still working out what I will be driving. You will either find me in a '09 Nissan Versa or a '11 Nissan Juke. Hope to see everyone there who can attend.

I think last years fiasco was it for me. It's great hanging out with and seeing online pals but IA seems to get worse every year. They should call it Honda Alliance.

Now that is part of the reason it is being known as Honda Alliance. If everyone thought that way then that is all that would be there. Instead of abandoning it you should be bringing more Nissans to it. My good buddy jltibbs got me into it last year and I have brought a couple into it in Atlanta. And during the summer meet one of my buddies is planning to bring somebody into it. We are trying to keep it Import Alliance and not just leave it to the Hondas.

I don't think Tibby is even going this year. '08 was the best one and it seems to have gone downhill from there. Sure, there are far more cars but it seems to be missing something. A lot of us are skipping it and doing the Dragon run in September instead.

He is not making the summer meet because of job training. But he did make it to the Atlanta meet and it was great. The dragon run sounds cool. not sure if i'll make that or not though. will have to see when time comes closer.

lol. gonna be awesome. sorry to disappoint. I dont think its gonna happen. checked with a few dealers and no one has or can find what I want. the Juke is in high demand and low supply. All I am looking for is an S model FWD with the CVT. So unless one drops out of the sky in the next week looks like I'll be rocking the versa to IA.

Yea there are a lot here too. Which has made me super jealous. lol. But all the dealers have are the SV, SL models. I cant afford them and am looking for just an S model FWD. My buddy at the dealer just told me that a shipment of S models is expected by the end of the month. So fingers crossed.

And just 2 days away now.

I didn't see any V's but then again I was lazy and sat around most of the day.

We were there. just two of us. me and dwajt. didn't see either of you either and we walked around the place bout 3 times. we got there bout 6 on sat and had to park in the back gravel lot next to the drifting. left about 3. sun it was just me and i parked in the first lot on the right. got there bout 6:30 and left round 12. was a great time. lots of nice cars.
