Sooooo for my bfs bday I bought him the experience to drive 10 laps in a real NASCAR nationwide series stock car at Dover International Speedway. He loves NASCAR and I have also fallen into the country-bumpkin-dom and have a fav driver (Brad Keselowski) and am now addicted. He used to love Rusty Wallace in the blue dodge Miller Light 2 car and now that Kurt Busch is driving the 2 he's now his favorite driver. By some weird fate, my fav driver is now taking over the 2 next season. Awesomesauce.

Anywhoo, if you like NASCAR, maybe you'd like to see some pics.

He got up to over 120 I believe and did really well. He said its a LOT harder than it looks and the car is crazy hard to control. They werent allowed to go to top speed at 180 because its too easy to get loose, lose control, get too close to the wall, etc etc.

How long is the waiver for something like that?

I hate driving past Dover Downs on the way to the beach.

Keselowski? Oh god, say it ain't so.

Anywho, I'm jealous. I would LOVE to do something like this someday. Must be a hell of a rush. I'm 40 minutes outside of Pocono, sh*t track but it's really long so 8 laps on that would last you awhile.

Haha cool. I won't be at that one though, I'll be at the NCWTS and Arca Race as well as the NSCS in August. Me and my girlfriend's family are going to the local airport next Thursday also, as a lot of driver's fly in through that airport and meet with fans :1
