Hey I was curious this was researche don by NASA in 1995 but apparently they made a catalyst that converted carbon monoxide to dioxide i believe and they were gonna put them in cars. I was wonderin gif anyone had any new info on this and if they are a standard for catalytic converters now or even in cars at all?

Thats what a 3-way cat does. converts carbon monoxide and H2C2O or soemthing like, and NO2 (sp) into water and CO2.

the 240 came stock with a 3way, at least mine did and its a 91. most are 3way, and most are universal. you just need to know the piping size.
