I wanted to upgrade my stock Kouki brakes because the pads and right rotor is worn out. I spent money on pads but the rotor will give out eventually... I wanted to upgrade to Z32 brakes. NAPA offers 4 piston remanufactured Z32 steel calipers not sure which year those are, but in comparison to the iron calipers from phase2motortrend, its a lot cheaper, its cheaper for brembo rotors, and master cylinder as well(also remanufactured 1" bore). pads are included with the calipers. I was just keeping this in mind for when I do the actual swap. Any ideas or suggestions/arguments? Thanks.

I would watch out for ordering your parts online. I ordered some stuff off the website, and when the package came, it was the wrong items, and it took about 2 weeks to get the right stuff, and even then, I was still missing things I ordered. I would recommend to go to your local napa store and have them order the parts.

As for the brakes? I'm not sure. I have delt with phase2, and they were great to order from.

I'd do it. In fact I am gonna do this on my Zenki, except I'll get mine at Autozone, since I got a buddy who's a manager there .

I believe the big difference between the oem calipers and the knockoff brand is that the oem ones are aluminum and the brand x ones are cast iron or something heavier... not quite sure though. Plus, they don't carry the big NISSAN logo, so it's not as baller... Go view them at Autozone.com

They got cheaper Q45 and J30 brake stuff too...

I'll definently get oem parts for my Chuki which will be more performance oriented...

The NAPA Oem calipers on the website show the big Nissan Logo, they are remanufactured as they say, but I'm still weary because I don't know anything about them. They are made of steel,
