Napa lists only ABS rotors for my 89 240, I'm sure I don't have ABS..

So whats the deal, are the ABS listed rotors the same as regular rotors? At NAPA the only list the one kind of rotor, the ABS ones.

Anybody who has purchased these for their non ABS 240sx please let me know.

My car needs brakes like you wouldn't believe, the front right rotor is getting scoured.

Dont know how much NAPA rotors go for but I do know dealership tech's price of my rears where 75$ a side, and tire rack oem blanks where like 60$ a side.

MEANWHILE Race Concepts (thanks to whoever posted the link to them back in august hehe) had the Brembo slotted and cross drilled for 47.50$ a side. I just put them in last night, and they are nice, damn nice especially for sub 50$ a side.

Plus the company is great in my eyes. I called 30 mins before they closed on tuesday, and was going to order them 2 day ups so they got here friday, as I have an auto-x tommorow... The first time I called for a quote woody said they would go out the next day (wednesday thus the reason for 2 day at 55$ for 2 rotors and a set of pads). When I called back to order them he said for me to do three day and he'd send them out in a half hour!! Saved me 15$ in shipping, he had them out, and UPS did something right for ONCE (I mean this) and I actually got them in 2 days

Just something to consider if you are getting rotors anyway.

BTW the posted prices are not the real price... The 5 lug rears list for 160$ mine cost 95$, and im guessing the 170$ listed fronts cost 100$ - 105$ tops as one guy got all four for 199$. Give them a ring and they'll tell you.

Rotors are same, ABS or not. The sensor ring is located behind the hub. Some companies differentiate, but either one will work.

I wanna just chime this in here, I called Crappy Tire today looking for a price on rotors for my 240sx and they had 2 separate categories for ABS and Non ABS rotors.

There was a significant price difference between the 2 as well. at least 20 bucks per rotor, with non ABS being the cheaper....

Surely they can't be that uneducated....
