You mean like Dupont or PPG? Our body shop mainly uses PPG stuff.

Yeah road construction is booming out here. I just wish they would widen I17 from Phoenix to Anthem.

Well if ya make it down here stop by the store and say hey. I've only met a few NICO members so far but the more the merrier. You can come get a free cup of coffee LOL and of course a hella discount on Nissan Infiniti parts.

Can't fix the problem unless we hear about it I always say. Yeah the parts bis can be tough so many cars so many parts to be kept track of and it can be downright impossible to cover every part a person my need during a fix but if we f**k it up we always fix it no matter what. Courtesy blows big time, they won't answer the phone and have absolutely no tech help at all. Call me and I'll handle it, I will at least tell you yes I can or no I can't do it.

sorry about the u-joints with no bolts issue you had, I really hope it wasn't any of my guys that did that but if you order something from us and you don't get it we make it right even if it costs us more money to make it right with the customer than the money we made selling it.

Customers come first no matter what in my book, I try not to make mistakes (but stuff happens) because they come directly out of my paycheck. But occasionally s**t happens and thats the risk I take and its my job.

Give us another chance talk to me (John) or Kenny we'll treat you right.

lol damn man. Sounds better then courtsy. Courtsy sent me a 91-94 gas door cable which doesn't fit 89-90. At anyrate. I don't know if i can buy the u-joint bolts seperate or not... I just asumed they came with it

I was looking at a diagram and it doesn't look like it comes with the bolts.... Thats confusing..

They usually don't the straps and bolts are separate from Ujoints no matter where you buy them. Still I usually ask a customer when they are buying something if they need "x-part also". For instance if you are buying a water pump I would say hey do you need coolant or a pump gasket as well. Most parts guys only give the customer what they ask for because they assume the customer has everything else he needs. I try not to assume, as I said mistakes come out of my paycheck and I hate making them even though it does happen from time to time.

lol well this is good to hear. The first nissan parts department that isn't retarded, yay!!!!

Most nissan parts departments i have delt with are stupid. Courtsy sending me the wrong part. The local dealership giving me the wrong part. ugh just glade to hear there is someone.

Anytime, I may not always have the answer right away because if I don't know the answer I sure as heck am not gonna blow smoke up anyones a** about yeah just by this and you will be fine. I will find the answer and get things handled. Thats just the way I am, I've been doing this for almost 10 years and still don't know all there is to it but I learn everyday.:)

/\ Sorry to answer your question NAPA uses NAPA paint its their own blend (Martin Seynor). To the best of my knowledge you will not find PPG vendors at a NAPA store.

It is possible that your napa store is locally (franchised) owned and they can buy paint from anyone they want unlike the corp stores. I would ask anyway can't hurt.
