So... the moneypit begins

JDM 97 R33 GTS-T RB25det engine/5spd RWD trans 40K
NISMO stage 3 clutch/flywheel
1 piece driveshaft
Full exhaust
Greddy FMIC
JUN Cams
Mines Tuned ECU
SYKO motor/trans mounts
Mishimoto Radiator
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Aeromotive adjustable fuel pressure regulator with gauge
Energy Suspension
SAMCO Hoses
New nismo water pump
New nismo timing belt
Brand new rotors and breaks all around
Currently running Stock psi for fuel economy
Flaws:
Rust on the quarter panels (fixable)
Ignition switch delay but it will start all the time
Mileage on the body is: 220,000 however the suspension is great and undercarriage is very clean. Base model not the SE model

This is how i bought it. The specs above are from the previous owner. Right now the only thing i've done to it is fix the ignition switch (starts every time), put in a STI shifter, momo shift boot, broadway mirror, just small stuff. Can't really work in the winter with no garage. there is a lot of body rust unfortunately. the previous owner tried to fix it with bondo but i wanna do it right.

here are some plans for the spring:

5 lug swap.

XXR 521 18x10 wheels with some 245/40/18's all around

coilovers! 4x4 status at the moment. im probably gonna go with Teins or stance. any other recommendations?

some other suspension parts. tie rods, arms, strut bars, etc.

rust fixing... its gonna suck

some new seats. momo, sparco, bride, whatever is nice and cheap :)

thats all i can think of for the moment. i wanna do some engine upgrades later on. i just wanna get car looking a little bit better.

:worthless:

i know, ill post pictures later. im at the girls house about to go out. ill be back tonight, dont worry :)

so far i've bought some 5 lug hubs, cross drilled/slotted brembo rotors. Also picked up a MOMO 300mm steering wheel for a steal. i'm waiting on some tax returns and other money to start ordering the big stuff. i'm trying to sell another rb25 and transmission that i have in my garage along with some other parts to bring in some extra funds towards the project (check my signature for the sale thread). i DD this car but once spring hits i'm gonna use one of the other cars we have at the house. hopefully it wont be on jacks for a long time. ill put up some pics later of the car and the rust to show you what i'm working with. time to go eat :)

thanks for looking,
andrew

Not yet. I'm gonna install the strut bars once I get the rest of my suspension. It should be pretty easy though

if u put battery in trunk, you need a kill switch if you goto track :( I think it can go in the engine bay though use like a circuit breaker

even that one isn't too expensive. Ill probably buy that now actually lol. Ill install the fuse holder temporarily just so my car doesn't burn down in case of a cut wire. I won't be hitting the track until my suspension setup is done so probably mid to late may
