I'm trying to come up with a name for my 92 Q. Here's what I have so far:

ClaireMaggieAmber

It has to be a woman's name of course. One that implies sexy but not slutty.

Any ideas? What do you guys name yours?

Its funny.....you are attempting to name your Q45, whist my Q45 gave me *my* name. I am a well known person and advocate of the import community in the Northwest....have been for many years. People for some reason couldn't remember my name....so they just called me "Q" because of the car I drive. So amongst the northwestern import community, I am known as Q. :icesangel

As far as your Q45 is concerned, perhaps "Elizabeth" is elequant enough for you? When your feeling sporty...you can just call her "Liz"! :D

Well, this thread has already been done, but my Q's name is Quella. My kids named her after the character in 101 Dalmatians.

Good name.

My 68 GS was named "Madelaine" - from the Winger song of the same name... It was an 80's hair-metal thing, you wouldn't understand. :D

The Starship Enterprise here. :)

PS: I remember those hair-metal bands. Graduated in 1985. What did I teethe on? Deep Purple. Heavy Metal. Quiet Riot. "I wanna rock!" Def Leppard. "Rock of Ages." Aldonova. "Life is just a fantasy...can you live the fantasy?" :)

Bought my first "ghetto blaster" from K-Mart in Kansas City, a Toshiba, in 1981 for $99. I had saved up over an entire summer of mowing lawns and cleaning sheds or garages to be able to buy that. Boy, did that thing crank. :)

Ahhh...when life was simple. No mortgage. No real job. No debt. A bag of nacho-cheese flavored doritos and the original flag on the moon MTV - that was it. Pre-computers, pre-cell phones, pre just about anything.

My '92 Q is The Mothership. Yours could be The Sistership. :)

I've considered renaming it the Millenium Falcon, but Mothership has already stuck with my friends. They'd miss her.. (and might not get the Star Wars reference).
