I'd call them Billy-Joe or Bobby-Sue.

They're just plain ugly, and the offset is wrong.

Also, what ghetto hood you live in? Most educated people call them "WHEELS". That is, assuming you're talking about the whole wheel and not just the outside RIM of the wheel. But stranger things have happened.

Oh, and since you obviously found them on e-bay, why not just e-mail the seller and ask them what type of wheels they are? Or does that just make too much sense?

Meh. Whatever. Sometimes, my advice comes at a price.

RIMS = ghetto slang for WHEELS. Let's at least try to be educated, okay? This isn't a chatroom and you aren't hanging out with your homies.

edit: And I don't get up early enough for Wheaties. It's Pizza beaches!

I think I already said RIM was ghetto slang, didn't I? I didn't think all of georgia was ghetto, but if you say so.

And for the undereducated ghetto type people:

Definition of WHEEL:http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=wheel1. A solid disk or a rigid circular ring connected by spokes to a hub, designed to turn around an axle passed through the center.

Definition of RIM:http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=rim1. The usually curved or circular border or edge of an object.2. The circular outer part of a wheel, furthest from the axle.

First, to clear up your childish assumption, I did e-mail the seller with no responce, hence I came here.Jackass.

Who cares? You know what I was asking, so stop being a PRICK.Your constant, smartass remarks are really pissing me off. I've seen a pattern of them lately, and you need to grow up.Don't even try and expand past your walled-in world, trying to call me uneducated. Of your 200-something posts, the MAJORITY of them have been sarcastic. Stop staining this forum, and just go ahed and continue being a d!ck @ Z31.com- as they don't have near as much of a reputation to uphold.

Bottom line- stop being a douche. Grow up.

children behave, on a side note the whole wheel/rim thing is one of my pet peeves, it never fails to amaze me the number of people in the business that call them rims, I got that one beat into my brain when about 15 years ago and everytime a hear someone call then "Rims" it's like fingernails on a chalkboard

and back to topic I have no idea whose wheels those are, have you already got these? if so look around the inside and see if you can find any stamping of anysort, most are branded in some way but some are not

I think I set a record with this thread. The most people who have been pissed off at one time (at least, to come forth and say it). Silly internet. People take it waaaaaayyyyy to seriously.

BTW: The Z forums suck because there are at least a dozen other forums out there solely devoted to the Z car. This mass of specialization creates a vacuum for the major Nissan/Infiniti forums that just can't be filled by people who are actually interested in cars only of their own body style. Call it snobberish or elitism, but you won't find any die hard TT.net posters on this site (or any other for that matter). There are a dozen other places for people to get their Z fix.

im on az-zbum's side with the wheel and rim. Its not a rim. its a wheel. Rim is the slang for it and im so sick of it as well. Thats like calling all my cloths threads. and my car a whip. Its just stupid slang that we all could live without.

What are you talking about those rims would look awesome on a Z or my '64 Impala with hydros. LOL

Well yes why is it ghetto to say rims than wheels. I've seen more people that live in the hood say wheels than rims. Why does everybody use ghetto as a bad thing too? I guess its just white people talk.

Those rims are alright but the RIM/WHEEL design looks a bit weird.

I think they have kinda of a cheap look. Like a "racing" wheel you would never see on an actual racing car.

if i were you i would save a little money and get something like this.but i only say that because that is what i have on my car.

We have a saying "you meant what I knew".

In short if you know what they're talking about (did you think he meant part fot he headlight? no), correcting them is soley to make yourself seem more intelligent and in no way furthers the point of the discussion.

Thanks, and have a nice day .

Don't most cars have there own forum???? no wonder everyone jumps over to the 240's and not the Z's seems alot of the Z owners think there **** don't stink! I'm glad someone was able to help you. And let people call it what they want! why does it matter?

Last time I checked, all the forum sections on 240sx.org pointed to nicoclub.com

I fail to see how the fact that there are more than a dozen forums dedicated to the different Z models correlates with believing our sh1t don't stink. I'd much rather hang out with the 240SX crowd than the typical Z owner. Greg and I have had a few discussions on this. It has nothing to do with the number of forums. Mostly, it's due to the cost of the vehicles and the people that seem to own them.

The typical S14 owners fully recognize there was a 240sx before theirs (the S13). But for some reason, the Z32 and Z33 owners don't realize the Z was conceived many years before their own model. And at the same time, the S30 owners refuse to acknoledge the existance of a Z car after 1978.

Whatever. Back on subject....

7.0 or 7.5 inches wide is pathetic. I already said it, but I'll say it again. Keep looking. Look here for examples:http://wheelshow.redz31.com

Yeah, that really sucks by the way. I love my 280zx but nobody cares about those unless they're swapping the motor into an older one and hardly anybody knows anything about the 280zx compared to the all other z's

hey now, I started with a Z31, got into S30's and currently have an S30 and a Z32, the Z32 will likely be replaced soon by a Z31, yes most Z32 and Z33 owners lack the respect of the forebareers but not all, and I find the S130 to be a highly underated chassis as well, for the couple hundred lbs over the late S30 you got better everything and still a servicable L6, the VG30DETT was designed by a masochist

LMFAO!!!! Well said. I meant "MOST". Obviously, there are always exceptions.

I don't hold anything against the Z32 or Z33 owners. They spent a lot of money on their cars. I've probably spent less on my Z31s than they've spent on a single Z32. No worries. The Z32 is a great car. But I'm glad I don't have to deal with it.
