Who makes this mini spoiler for the kouki?

It kind squares-off the 'curve' of the rear end (not that its a bad thing) but i haven't seen many spoilers like this around.

yea my cousin got something like that for his TSXits actually pretty nice and survives thru alothes had it for 3 years and takes it thru car washes and everything
