The little nipple/retainer that holds the floor mats in place on the passenger side is broken. Can't find it on Infitini Parts USA. Any ideas?

The floor mat thing-a-ma-jig.

I believe it is called the floor mat retainer pin.

It's in the accessory page and from what I can tell is only available when you buy the floor mats.
