It's one of the original HKS EVC EZ Controllers. Basically a electronic boost controller. Do you have the control module too?

unfortunately not. this has been wired into my engine bay but no control module.

That is a good hose kit... I bought the same one several years ago. I have no idea where you would be able to buy another control module for that EBC. It seems like once they come up with a new design all of the old units go on sale and once they are sold out they are discontinued.
I suggest you look into buying a new EBC, there are many good units on the market today. Blitz ID3 spec R seems to be the go to for most.
