its coming from my valve cover it sounds like its not that loud but you can hear it It almost sounds like a ka timing chain guide rattle I will give anyone ten bucks if they can figure it out and their righthttp://s194.photobucket.com/al...8.flv

not so sure about that one cause It goes away under throttle. It sounds like the timing chain is hitting the guide but their is no slack on the chain. We even opened up the oil cap and to see if we can hear it in the head and weird part is we cant hear it even took a stethoscope and a screwdriver to listen and didnt hear jack. It sounds like it is coming from the center of the valve cover or near cylinders two and three if you need a better sound shot I will go out with my camera and get one.

LOL!!!! thats the exact same sound my KA-T made when it had a slightly bent #3 rod!!!! it was bent toward the #2 rod, not toward the block. and it was the wrist pin clicking. and you could only hear it from the top of the head and not from under the car. i changed the rod and piston and the noise went away...... the 2 month later streached the rod bolts, and now have since gone SR with full arp hardware.

but yea not saying thats your problem but thats what mine was. it only did it at idle, or i should you couldnt hear it past idle anyhow.
