Name that sound!!!

okay just wondering if it's normal or not but my when i boost the car makes a whoosh...noise along with the shhhhhh noise that the turbo make when it's spooling. what could it be anyone has any idea? is it okay or is something happening? it sounds very different like a supercharger sound only not as aggressive..i know it sounds retarded yes i know but it's a whooshh...sound.... HELP?

do you have an open externals WG? mine sounds like a strong gust of wind when its boosting. PRETTY SWEET HUH

i have an internal wastegated t25 setup with smic and also have an RFL BOV could that be the cause though? it only make that sound recently after i put in the oil restrictor which cured the smoking problem..it makes that noise at like -5 vaccum up to about 2lbs of boost then it stops..<--overwelm by boost pressure?!?

i say thats normal. my str8 t3 was pretty loud and it was only 10 psi.

NP. i am bored and have nothing else to really do right now. you would think i'd be out driving my freshly rebuilt motor right now but gas is so expensive.

anyone else wid suggestions...i feel like that noise might be making my car slower....or it might just be that i've gotten use to the car being boosted.. idunno..any suggestions..
