Not 100% sure but it looks like you've circled the TPS or Throttle Position Censor...

It's is the TPS, but the TPS actually has 2 plugs on it. One is directly on the TPS, the other is connected via a wire.

The main plug that you can see is actually just an idle switch that tells the ECU that the throttle is completely shut and to try and control the idle.

If it's an automatic, it also has a full throttle switch that tells the ECU that you've "dropped the hammer" and to downshift the trans.

That's because Float N Me are nice peeps:) Lol but then again if you had mentioned something about wanting to swap in a direct drop in SR or some other such idiocy man it's flame on! But yeah most of us(or at least and I use the term loosely nice peeps on here;) are pretty legit with most questions) Because it shows interest. And I have always been one to stand up for the people who are semi new to the swaps/forums because I know we are all at different places in our lives with nissan. And the old vets of the CA's are bad @$$, just know that they have gone through it all and are pretty much know it alls when it comes to the CA so if you do end up asking a dumb unsearched for question you will probably get the most crap from them (but to those who are semi new like meh, yes meh, then most questions are good questions)

well thanks for the help guys.. i would like to confirm that my car pulls harder now without that sensor.. it must be part of the autofail.. BTW its an original 180 with some frame damage from a t-bone accident.. so i saved it from an early death by the previous owner..
