Name that Hose!

ive been having some cooling issues as of late.. so i went back to basics with a clutch fan and fan shourd.. ive yet to see my temps go higher than 82c, and they dip as low as 78c.. as I was looking around my engine bay after i had driven the **** out of my car(it only hit 82c in 100f+ temps).. i heard a hissing sound from the rear of my motor.. so i took and look and found that some type of heater hose comming from the fire wall to my motor on the passenger side was pinched, and leeking fluid.. does anyone know if there is an oem replacement hose that fits this?? or am i just going to need to rig a hose up there..??

Just go to your auto parts store and look for a 90o heater hose elbow..

well, i know that its some type of heater hose.. i just wanted to know if anyone could name off a part number, or even if its a hose used with a KA that i could use..

its actually not hard to get to..

ive got an s13 blacktop, and someone was saying that they think that the redtop and blacktop might have a different configuration of hoses.. is that true??

so am i safe to assume that the hose i need is the same hose for a KA in that location?? I might just break down and buy that hose set off of HT, but id rather not spend all that cash when thats the only hose in ruff shape..

Let me know if you find one that fits both sides without leaking.. I found out that the SR14 coolant lines comming off of the motor are larger than the S13 body heater core. I will eventually have one made which is larger on one side and smaller on the other, and fits the pattern. I will have to have 2 made... for now I just have a loopback hose that bypasses the heater. But I live in South California which is 109 degrees right now, so no worries about a heater for the time being.

you might be able to use the stock redtop hoses, if you take both of them and piece it together. kinda like a jigsaw puzzle. i said screw it and bought some online for like 30 bucks, i think from xact racing.
