6. that’s the one, they started out with 1.3L then 1.4 , 1.5, 1.6 and not they are at 1.7;drop by drop

allot of issues with the VQ35 engine in the maxima/altima and othersalso the Q45 was claimed to go 5.9 0-60 but no one ever broke 6.3

checkered , you dont remeber the cobra fiasco a few years back ? cars were supposed to leave the factory with with 300+ hp and ended up leaving the factory with 290 hp ? ford recalled all cobras that year (99 i belive) to do some work with the throttle body and a few other peice to bring the power back up to advertised levels

technicly you can double the price of a hummer h1 , if the government would let you check off the "up armor" military spec option we got ours for around $170,000 untill 2002 this would have applied for the whole "make" but there is no M-spec for h2 that debuted in 2003

maybach is considered a make under the dmv , but im still trying to find the awnser your looking for , its a excelent question

how about .....mack,kenworth,freightliner ,peterbuilt etc?

outside these or some group like roush, calloway,mallet,saleen that sells a reworked factory car i wouldnt know

i appolize on the displacemtn awnser but i was wrong too , the c5 corvette has a 347 cid v8 whereas every vette from the mid 70s on had 350 cid v8 (big blocks were dropped at some point in the 70s) ,this could quailfy as a drop in displacemnt as speed still increases , c6 is rumored to get a 6.0 litre v8 going back up to go catch viper

vw does offer the 20v 4 cyl , go check out a turbo bug among others, but it was indeed devolped by audi divison of volkswagen group

if you look at gm the gmt360 truck platform does accept 4 diffrent engines: the vortech 2800 4cyl ,3500 5 cyl, 4200 inline6 and the 5300 v8 in all aluminum and cast iron forms but , only 1 or two engines are availible in each truck built on the chassis

I honestly don’t remember the coraba thing, mostly because I couldn’t care for domestics

About the engine line ups what I mean is a strait cylinder configuration a V configuration and a W not necessarily number of cylinders.
