So here is my car the night i brought it home...a good $150 buy. I actually bought it from DJButton. Some things, aka, the interior have changed since the pictures. The bumper ended up in the trash the same night. Then i sold the blown SOHC for $100 and almost made all my money back. I sandblasted the engine bay, painted black and cleared it.Then stripped the interiorDid some bodywork...by far its not anywhere near show quality, but a whole lot nicer. and primed itThen Painted it a super bright white w/ house of kolor white pearl in the clear, w/ the same done on the black. Then threw in a s13 blacktop sr20det. Please pardon the ridiculously messy engine bay. Its all super clean now.I then decided that i was not happy with how the car was running/perfoming so i decided to redo everything this winter.Pulled the motor, sent the head to be cleaned, milled, ported and polished.New Subframe, sandblasted, painted, and cleared, Kazama RUCA's and energy suspension bushing kit

Parts lying around to install this month:BC titanium valve springs & retainersHKS 264/272 camsGreddy RASCometic 1.1mm HGARP head studsnew piston ringsGarrett gt2871r .86Nismo 740cc injectorsnismo fprRoll cage

So any pointers, ideas, or comments?I KNOW I NEED NEW WHEELS! hopefully im gonna pick up some work equips at some point. Also planning on tubbing the front fender wells and selling the tomei ecu for Power FC d-jetro.

Wow wow wow! Unbeleivable! Coming along nicely man, you'll have to bring it out to some of our New England meets this spring/summer! I want to see it in person, brings back lots of memories of the winter it spent in my barn.

EDIT: The world thanks you for destroying that bumper, it goes to join it's hideous sideskirts in the trash.

I will def. tag along for some fun this summer. I dont know when ill have her done though. i need $$$$$$$$. ha. but seriously, im buying a different DD, and that is kinda cutting into the budget for the 13, but im sure ill have it done by may or so!

ps. As far as i know, im the only one who was running 1.3 bar (19 psi) on the stock t25, with bone stock motor. Everything on the inside is ridiculously clean and in unbelievably great condition. In fact i was still having problems with the tomei ecu running too rich. Anyway, say goodbye to t25, say hello to gt2871r .86......

Hey question for ya. Who painted the car? Looks pretty decent in the pictures. I've been looking for someone in our area to paint my vert when the time comes.

haha...ya...the wal-mart exhaust is pretty gangster. Its actually a Blitz nur-spec muffler, with the 80mm Invidia piping. The Invidia piping is much more straight than the blitz, plus there isnt a second baffle.

I actually painted it!! it wasnt too bad. I cheaped out on the black paint itself and i wasnt too happy with it, but with plenty of wet-sanding and buffing it came out really nice. The only flaw in the paint is i had to mask the white, paint the black, let it flash, mask the black, paint the white, and so on and so forth. Anyway, some of the masking on the a-pillar came up off the black, so i have a small white line on the black a-pillar. But that was completely my fault. Let me know. What color are you thinking of?

Funny, I was just mentioning today that I needed to find a local place to get my car painted, hopefully this summer. I'll be coating it in a pearl white color OEM GM paint, I forget the color code but it's only found on Cadillac's I've seen it on quite a few newer DHS's. Anyhow, not to threadjack completly, are you planning on doing some more work on your car this weekend?
