Clearly the solution to all your problems is to sleep with his sister.
I'd skip the retribution, 1. the kid already apologized. 2, by retaliating, especially doing actual damage to their property, your vehicle now risks real damage because they'll want to retailiate right back. If you're that obsessed with your mom's SUV, you better keep it locked in your parent's garage before you do something stupid like retaliating .And being you, doing something stupid seems inevitable.
The real answer is to STFU and ignore it. Don't let them know the teasing gets to you. Accept the kid's apology and stop whining. The more you whine, the more you fail, and you already have a strong reputation for being a FAILbot.
