OK, I know this question has been asked a bunch!! How hard is it to do a NA to TT swap. I was thinking of buying a JDM TT front clip. and remove the engine do all the normal matience, timing belt, clutch, replace hoses and so forth. then remove my engine, then install all the intercooler piping and such. I know there's more to it than that. but how hard is it to actually do the swap. Thanks for any advice on the subject.

it's all just spinning wrenches, for some it's easy, for others it's hard, you just have to unbolt the old and bolt in the new, of course, jackstands, and an engine hoist are deeded in addition to the normal tools, as some extra long extersions and swivels can ease some of the pain, if your confident in your abulity to do a clutch job you should be able to handle the swap, you'll just crack your knuckles more

Ok listen....its wonderful that you did it on your car. It was affordable and you're making some HP off of it. I'm thrilled for you and happy for you. Hell I'd even encourage some more people to try it.

BUT

The TT swap is going to yield more power, be more reliable, and is the choice of many people. Yes its more expensive, yes its more involved, yes its more common. Let people do what they want.

Please don't post the same reply to every NA ---> TT thread.

^^^ Agreed. Most people do have the patience and money to do the TT swap. And honestly, even though I do repect what you did with the rear mount, I really hope that people do not start doing it. Yes, I am a Z purist, I love my VG and I love my Z looking stock.
