Na rwd SR20 Electrical Problems

I have a na rwd sr20 (silver top) that runs rich, idles erratically, and completely shuts off when I have too many electrical systems running. I have swapped out 3 MAFs and it still runs rich. I had the oil pump replaced and that didn't help either. It starts fine and when I'm driving, I can run all the electrical systems with no problem. I have been working trying to figure this out for a while to no avail. If anyone has any information please let me know.
