Im in the processs of restoring a 240z, i have no engine at the moment and i want to do something waaayy different, just looking at it in my minds eye this sounds cool to me but may be totally assanine. Anyways i was thinking of de-turboing an rb26dett engine, and building it for super high comp NA operation, if money were no object id think 11.5:1 compression, Individual throttle bodies and fully ported head, And use a electromotive TEC 3 to make it all work. I dont think anything like that has ever been done before anywhere, and i think it would be awesome just for that reason, but its really just another demented though from my twisted mind. Tell me what yall think:thinker :thinker :thinker :ylsuper

may be better off going with the older rb30 short block, and the rb25 or 26 head. that will give you more displacment for an NA setup.

You just need an RB26 and some high comp pistons, it already has individual throttles, just tune the puter for NA work and there you be.
