Debating on going with a nistune setup on my NA motor or going full aftermarket. Eventually the motor will be swapped with a TT setup. Assuming I use a standalone boost controller, can you retune an NA ECU for use on TT? I don't see any reason why I couldn't, just want to double-check with the knowledgable before I drop 600 bucks on a nistune setup.

Sure, the only difference between the two is the tune on the eprom chip. TT are obviously tuned for 370cc injectors and more power, while NA has 270cc fuel maps. As long as you change out the eprom or whoever you plan on tuning it, and use an aftermarket boost controller you should be fine. The only difference is if you have an automatic, you have to use an auto ecu. If you have a 5-speed you can use either.

Sweet, looks like I'm sending out the ECU to get this thing installed then. I also ordered a header fabrication kit to remake my exhaust. When I took the sand rail out this last weekend, having a redline of 5300 rpm really killed it. I'm hoping a new exhaust and a tune will get me back the 1500rpm I'm missing.
