^^I don't know about those parts exactly. Here's a thread I thought was great for N/A's...zer...think

I think a 4-2-1 header would definitely be better than a 4into1 header for the KA.

I want to say that the cams are overkill, and may even be detrimental, but I'm not sure 100% on that one, yet.

The above link has some real ineresting stuff... I suggest you read it through.

your "budy" is going about his build wrong. 1theres no tuning involved. come'on 2shimming the springs, really? why, not a question but a facepalm, he'll be disapointed with his motor. without tuning, he'll have the 160, but terible drivability, bad idle, high and low power variations throughout the range, id rethink the build

Stock ka24's have dual valve springs which rock, it's not like some motors where you need to upgrade. I have heard of a few people running higher valve spring rates, but after all the times reading this forum, I have never heard of the stock ones failing, even to 7500 rpm. They are simply not a problem. Correct me if I'm wrong, but

Here is another good old thread for you... zerothread/113477

Here is a camshaft thread I feel is important... zerothread/152578
