I was at work today, happened to walk by a 300 and for some reason happened to remember seeing something about an N62 MAF. After checking the tag and seeing it was what I was thinking of, I grabbed my dikes and removed the MAF and about 18" of wiring. I came home and checked on here to refresh my memory, and found all I could dig up was CA engine stuff. Did I waste my time? Is there any performance to be gained from using this MAF instead of the stock one?

are you talking about a Z32 (300zx) MAF? If so, unless you have more than 200rwhp it will not be an improvement. Also, without at least a SAFC, your engine won't recognize the MAF.

The data tag on the MAF, the last part is N62. It has a 4 wire harness attached. A search on here reveals nothing but CA engine stuff, as I said. I'm not making 200 yet, but d*mn sure will in the future. Guess I'll hang on to it until either I can use it, or I run into someone I know with a use for it.
