N62 MAF with AEM EMS series 2

This was an idea I was kicking around the other day. How well does the series 2 EMS (6620) work with N62's? I was told that series 2 was not really written for MAF and calculation has to be done to run a MAF with it. That seems crazy to me. Seems like I remember it asking what MAF was being ran during calibration and the N62 was listed. Maybe I'm mistaken, but it seems like I seen it. I know the N62 has a 50lb/min limitation, but my hp goal is under 500whp. Anyone running this setup?
