what are the advantages of going with the n1 pump over the oem? is it worth the extra money? where have some of you guys gotten pumps for cheap? thanks for the input.

N1 pump has fewer blades that are larger. This reduces blade velocity and thus reduces chances of cavitation at high RPM. The downside is that there is less water flow which could possibly cause overheating at lower rpms.

I have a stock waterpump and a Unorthodox Racing 300ZX Pulley. The pulley is a larger diameter so it slows down the water pump. You could check it out, if you want a similar effect. 01.10.500.02 I think thats the part #, can't remember.

Also the alternator pulley fits too. Can't remember which on though. There are about 4 different Alt for the Z.
