N1 RB26 block

Would it be a good investment to buy the N1 block for only a 500hp build?Also Im looking for an RB26 from an R34. Everywhere I have checked only carries old versions. I plan on buying multiple engines.

How about N1 r34 bare block and bare head for $1000. The bock has 3400km on it.
