Hey all, I'm around on a few other boards(papa doc; this name) but new here. Just thought I'd give a shout out. I've been browsin for a while and it seems like a nice community, no elitists (well i haven't found them yet) and such. sounds good:thumbup

So i'll introduce myself a little further... I dont' know many technical parts of things but i know a considerable amount overall. As you can tell by the sig i have a 97, it's an auto unfortunately, but i'll be 5spd swappin her come may when the semester is out. I don't have any real mods, just I/E, and i have AGX's waiting to go in. I also need to get springs lol, but i'm stuck on what to get. i'm thinkin sportlines, any input?

Anyway, i'm lookin forward to the community!

Oooh - I like the 97 240's.

I think the ALL game in emerald green - I have never seen one any other color!

For springs, call Alex at Southwest (see ad to left). Tell him you're from NICO and he'll hook you up.

Welcome to NICO!

welcome to the comunity, you will find lots of great information here, as for the springs, i have the pro-kit and i like them so far, if you want a bigger drop then go with the sportlines. BTW my car is a s13 though

Awesome, thanks guy.

As for the springs i want a pretty far drop without sacrificing comfort/front lip-exhaust. but that shouldn't be a problem. anyone with a 97 se got sportlines and pics?

AZhitman- thanks for the offer, thats really cool

other ben- don't have any good pics right now, but once i get the springs/carwash, i'll be all over it

Hey, i have a question. I searched a few sites, but can't get a direct answer.

i already have my shocks, and when i get my springs, will i need anything else? i don't really know what tie rods, bushings, etc do...but is there anything else i should look into buying when i upgrade the suspension?
