I also considered that. It very well could be a cover-up. I, also, hope not. It makes sense considering all the pressure they are getting over the nuclear tests and what not.

Wouldn't be the first, second, third. or even fourth time that NK has stated a positive in order to get people to back off while they went ahead and did what they want. Blow something up only to rebuild later......
