Could be your relay. I think it's like $20 to replace. Do a search. On occasion, I have the same issue. But it's gone away. Sometimes it's the weather.

Other members have seen my posts on this cool site...I am having the same problem with my '99Q...and replaced the ABS relays-mine was UNDER the passenger fender area-did not solve problem..then took car to an Ifiniti dealer in Dallas-they told me that my TAC unit was out--it's behind the passenger kick panel-and wanted right at $800 to replace the unit-also told me that my stumbling at idle in park was a faulty MAF and wanted $1000 for it---I replaced the MAF about 8 months ago-so I kn ow that wasn't the problem.......but the ABS/SLIP/TRAC lights stay on all the time.....and the FSM for diagnosis mode is like reading a Greek bible.....too tediuos.....I bought an OBD II scanner and get NO codes at all to tell me my problems....I am so frustrated by now.......good luck....
