N/A KA mods are a waiste of money and time, you will never see real gains..

depending on the condition of your ka, boost it or swap it out

and search next time, there was just a thread recently about N/A KA setups...

You don't need lots of power to drift.
Spend the money on going to the track and getting more seat time.

Yea I wish I had a track close by
Am thinking of going N/A and just put on bolt-ons since here in cali their strict and fixing my suspension don't have that much $$$

I say focus on maintanance to prolong your SOHC's life as long as you can and upgrade suspension, wheels, tires and brakes. Then buy another KA on the side and prepare it for boost (SOHC or DOHC, doesn't really matter honestly)or just go SR if you're not confident about rebuilding a motor.

Personally, I think considering boost for an N/A motor that you are currently using in your daily driver is ludicrous.

I like working on SOHC better, but It'd be nice to have a better head.

I like the way they look better too.

Just not a cluttered, very stout, and much easier to work on compared to the DE. And they can be built pretty well.

Or you could just get an intercooler with an air filter on the end and be both.

Still
