kinda out of the blue, but just wondering if anyone was running a n/a built ca. i think the idea sounds pretty cool, like with high compression and a ported-a** head. i bet a non-turbo 200ish horsepower ca would be really fun.

My mate had one, but has now sold it. Compression was around 12:1, head was ported with polished exhaust ports, had oversize valves, ACL pistons, cast iron rings, custom made headers match ported, and a 2.5" exhaust with high flow cat. It did go pretty hard. Was running off a microtech standalone ECU. All it needed was some larger cams, but he sold it before installing some. Sadly it was never dyno'd, so I have no idea what kind of power it was making.

I'd be very interested to see what a built NA CA could do.

I would be very impressed to see a NA ca18 make 200rwhp.

I had some HKS High Comp pistons, and this side draft manifold. I still have a NA RSR exhaust mani.

No he never took any vids of it. If was off the road and unregistered for most of it's life. He just lost interest in it.

Rangenasian - did you ever get that head on a block and running? Ive never seen a CA with quad throttles or carbies like that, would be an interesting project.
