Mystery water leak Fastback 240sx...

Alright this issue has been annoying me for at least a few months,93 240sx Fastback. I'm finally ready to take action and fix it. When ever it's raining hard water leaks from the top of the drivers side door and also the top of the windshield literally through the fabric behind the rear view mirror. This causes my floor to get soaked and seeping through the matt near my pedals, it really gets bad when it rains almost like watching a sink run. I had used sealant when the issue initially started and applied it to the edges all around the windshield trimmings, no luck. The trimmings themselves look shot and peeling off, I wish I had a picture to show what I mean, anyone ever had this issue? How much would something like this cost to repair at a body shop? Thanks.

yes i had the same issue, the windshield needs to be removed and the area fixed and a new seal put into place.

How much did that run you? By seals you mean the trimmings all around the windshield?

I think it was 250 or 300, but i might be a little high on that number. Yes the trim around the windshield.

damn for that price you should get a winshield too
