On the 2011 FX35, does anyone know what the rotary switch on the lower left side of the dash next to the "VDC off" button and keyfob dock is ? It has an Icon with a headlight and the rotary switch has a 1-2-3 on it. Auto Headlight sensitivity ? Nothing in the manual about it.

Thanks - I hope it's not too obvious

earlier models had a headlight leveling feature, moving the switch makes the headlight beam pattern lower.

dunno if 2011 is the same, but the switch sounds similar.

Thanks for the reply,
Would that be for the high beam or just the headlight in general ?
Thanks again.

Yes, both high and low. Next time you are in the garage or it is dark out turn on your headlights and turn the switch. Its made to compensate for heavy loads in the rear to keep your light beam from projecting into the oncomming drivers eyes.
