On my 1993 300zx NA I have a mystery plug which is taped to the EGR solenoid connection, the wire from the plug is taped to the EGR connection wire and disappears into the wiring loom along with the EGR connection it is taped to. There is nothing around this area which is missing a plug, it seems very odd. Any thoughts as to what this goes to?

Please note that I have removed the EGR which is why the EGR solenoid vacuum ports are blocked off.

Possibly the AIV solenoid connectors, since they were eliminated in 1993.
Got a zoomed out pic of that location?
