He had specific tools which helped him to remove the grill, and even with those tools, it was a “challenging” job to remove the grill. I guestimate that it took the guy about 20-30 minutes to remove the grill. BTW – I have kicked myself in the butt for not remembering to take a video of him removing the grill (with old age, memory is the second thing to go).
