mystery boost leak

got my sr awhile back i was having boost falls on the t25 set at 14psi so i bought a s15 t28 installed it about 2-3 months ago at 14psi and it was a monster perfect wot afr at 11.8 all the way to redline now as of the last month its been losing power i now run 11.8 afr up to about 4-5k rpm then it will go into low 10's and boost will start to fall to about 12psi by redline its really killing my power i ran a boost leak test and all the couplers are tight and no leaks i sprayed soapy water on them just to make sure what its doing is when i fill it up with air up to 14psi it will just basically leak all back out pretty quick to about 5 psi and it slows down a bit but still leaks out i cant figure this out i checked the pipes and there is no holes or anything anyone have any suggestions? could my ic be leaking?

Probably either a hole in the IC core or the BOV.

bov was leaking a few months ago around the flange so i siliconed it and fixed that i guess it has to be my ic and one else got any ideas before i go ripping it apart?
