mystery bolt on my 95 240sx

i recently did somthing that would require the replacement of my toe arm on the rear drivers side of my 95 240sx.while i was removing the arm i came across a bolt that wouldnt come out it was seized in the busing. so i cut it out with a saws all, bad idea, the bolt turned out to be a pretty important part of the alighning process. i was wondering, can i goe with out this bolt for vry long and where can i get another one?? besides the dealership
