Mysterious SR problem, won't start

I'm a canadian, and I regularly use this site for references. Excellent site.

I've exhuasted my options troubleshooting this problem and think possibly someone here can help or has experienced this. I'll try to keep it short.

Blacktop SR in a 90 S13, auto - 5 spd swap. I've had this motor for 5 months now. Ran great in the last car. 3 months ago I put it in the 90, (totaled the previous S13). The engine ran great/strong for 3 months (in the 90). Till Sunday, I went to go and start it and it turns over but won't catch and run on its own. No warning problems, other than a turbo gasket leak I didn't get a chance to fix before it died, so I didn't use boost (couldn't - laky gasket). It ran fine when I turned it off.

I have spark on all plugs/coils, using CA18 ignitor spliced in. The plugs become saturated with fuel when trying to start the car. The fuel pump is 4000 miles new (walbro), have yet to check it, but if the motor floods it must work. I've checked the ECU (#62 Access blitz boost up tune) for codes, get #55 "other malfunction use 'conslut'") I'm trying to convince my local dealer to get the consult program for the SR.

I could use suggestions/info, I tried searching the site, no similar problems. I fear its a wiring issue, somewhere in the miles of the loom.

Try starting fluid ... spray it in the manifold for about 3 seconds and turn her over. See if it runs or it putters out.

Does this sound like it could be the result of an ECU that was exposed to too much moisture?

Not ECU.

I believe it has something to do with the "shift lock contro unit" cause smoke poured out of it. I found one in a wrecking yard, same part # off of a 93 access van.

I going to go through the Auto wiring my buddies helped with. See if it needs improvement
