Mysterious bracket, ABS related?

As I was putting my spare back in it's place today, I came across a bracket which is rusted off. This bracket is on the diff and it connects through a spring to some type of brake box (has 2 brake lines coming off it) My ABS light is on and my brakes won't work (even after bleeding twice) I'm wondering if this is the cause, and if not, what is this thing even?

That is definetely what is causing your brake problems.

There is a load sensing valve, and has something to do with that spring. Its specific to 4wd models which mine isnt so I have no experience but if you use the search button im sure youll find info on the valve, and what/where is wrong with your rig. Just search load sensing valve to start

Here's a diagram of the LSV:

The LSV is supposed to be bled first before the other wheels. However, yours seems damaged given all the rust (though it's a little difficult to tell, the picture's kinda crappy), so repair it first. See bleeding instructions in this thread under the "Brakes" section.

The picture is crappy but the bracket on the diff is completely snapped in half, could I get this bracket online, autozone, dealership, or is it a junkyard type of thing?

Edit: Is this most likely the cause of my ABS light?

This exploded parts view lists one of the two brackets. Unfortunately I can't find a part number for the bracket that bolts to the diff (assuming it has a part number). I think your best bet would be a junkyard.
