it is very rare here in the states but the vlsd is the only option on the s14 that allows it to have control over snow, ice and rain. An after market one would be even better so get an LSD and have the control you desire.

tell us more about your suspension....because teh rain has nothing to do with inner tire wear.your camber is off or somthing else is causing wear. if it "wiggles" just in the rain, it may be a suspension weakness that becomes more prevalent when traction is reduced or it is simply your imagination or fear due to having less availible traction.so what suspension set up do you have now?does it wiggle during cruising or when shifting, straight line or during a corner?

most people around here enjoy a little bit of reduced traction if you catch teh drift, so youll have to be more specific.

have your alignment checked, something is probably out of specs, also how old are your struts? you may need to replace them, check your bushings as well

if your camber is out chances are your toe is also out, it may increase your tire wear on the inside of your tires, and decrease your contact patch on the ground which will allow your tires to spin MUCH more easily

i have kyb gr2 brand new in the rear with eibach coils but there is no tension on the coils, i recently replaced the front coils with stock s and cut them so the front sits nicely not a retarded civic bounce but there is rebound still the rears i am going to do the same as i think as there is no rebound and the car is sitting solely on coils may be it as well as in the process i will be checking all of the said help thanks if any one has any thing else to ad i will appreciate it. I was also thinking lower control arms but let me see whats going on with this i will also be instaling new 18s on wider tires so well see what happens thanks again

after reading that...........its probably not the rear, your front is probably bouncing HORENDOUSLY, making you think the rear is coming loose, why.....BECAUSE YOU CUT YOUR SPRINGS, that is one of the WORST things you can do to your car, it probably handles like poop now, reinstall your aftermarket springs on the front NOW, maybe your dampers arent shot yet

+1. you cut your springs, and now your running too much negative camber. it looks cool, but your tires will wear crazy fast. Putting those 18's on is only going to make matters worse by increasing the mass that your cut springs have to deal with. Get a nice spring/strut combo and have an allignment done at a reputable shop.
