So I ordered (2) O2 Sensors from the website at 49.95 each. Had everything ordered last Wednesday and scheduled 2nd-Day Air so I would receive them Saturday or Monday. Wednesday evening I got an e-mail that said my ordered was processed on would be shipped on Thursday. So I waited and Monday rolled around and no sensors. I'm not too happy as my car is in the shop right now and I need them for this project. So I called the customer service line and they answered my call within 2 minutes. They had not yet shipped my order which irked me, BUT, they were very nice and apologetic and offered to ship them Next-Day Air for free. I said that was fine, received a tracking number within two hours and my sensors came at 10am today, Tuesday.
Overall, they made a mistake but did a great job at making it right. I would recommend them to all Infiniti owners.
