i found out where my wrecked vert went. it was auctioned off yesterday to a place in spindale, NC. they are using it for parts. and im going to see if they will sell me some that i need for my driver's side quarter window. or if anyone else has these parts that'd be awesome. thats all thats wrong with my new vert.

i have the number and the place where it's at. but i want to make sure i get the window parts first. the man said to wait a couple weeks to call back because they won't have it torn apart till around then. i will definitely keep you fellas posted when the parts are available. it was a gorgous car so all the interior is perfect. it all depends on what they take for themselves, and all i need is the driver quarter window parts. the rest is whoever else's.

it's all a matter of what they take. i feel like the car should still be mine, just cuz you wreck your car, why does that mean it automatically becomes the insurance company's?

this is all stuff out of my control fellas...as the car is not in my possesion anymore. when the time comes i will pass the number and location onto whoever needs it to possibly buy parts that the new owner does not need.

ok the guy is going to sell me the window part from my old vert. bad news is that he is using it for parts for himself, so i really had to beg his for it. however he did offer to buy another wrecked vert for me and i can pay him cuz he gets them at auctions. real cheap, he got mine for $200. he is using it to fix up a vert he bought that had rear end damage, with only 90k miles on it. so if there is anyone else that needs something that is really important from my old car...let me know, but please lets not make this a huge list because he does want this car for himself. i'm going to fax him want i want tomorrow, and if anyone else has something to add then put it here, and ill add it to the list. no guarantees that it's available though, but it's worth a shot for these increasingly rare parts.
