This is the 240sx convertible that I saved from the junk yard in SC about four years ago the car have been fully redone with TVs in the sun visors I'm about 80% done with the custom work I will upload the final photos after I have the car re-painted one more time next year. And that auto transmission issue has been fix so this baby runs very well. I'm waiting to add the new trunk sub enclosure box which is being custom made for our 240sx convertibles.

Nice looking vert! Good looking sub box - looks like it barely takes up any room at all. How does it sound?

Could stand to be dropped a bit to really make that kit look hot.

Excellent job.

I live in the NJ and NY area and we have pot holes that's my 2nd front spoiler I crack the first one bad do to pot holes. So I'm keeping it at this level for now and I really only drive the car once a week if that and it's parked dure the winter. I have 8" subs right now but when the new custom boxes are ready I'm upgrading to 10" subs.

Thanks for all the nice comments.

How did you get the headrests in the rear seat? They look good. Something different you normally dont see.

The speakers being off center would bother me greatly. Id rather not have them at all. That wheel gap is horrid. And the front bumper looks ghey. Also, auto fails hardcore. But its very clean.

Looks great man!! Looks like you put a lot of hard work and effort in your ride and it shows. I'm not crazy about body kits...but you've pulled it off nicely. Keep us updated with pics and any more progress. A+ for saving another vert from the graveyard

Needs more lower.

Get some air-ride like Greg if you have to dodge pot-holes. Wheel gap sucks! I know, I used to have it too.

Other than that, it's not too bad. Keep up the good work, and welcome to NICO.

Ya the only thing I don't like about your vert is the wheel gap and it's still an automatic. Other then that it is hawt! What did you do to make cover for the radio etc chrome? It looks sick in chrome I may do that to mine.

Wow... Nice post.

At least his wheels match.

Anyhow, that's a gorgeous droptop... The attention to detail is impressive, even if the kit / wheels / stance aren't everyone's cup of tea.

Sometimes I really wish I had left mine a little more stock!

I will update this post with the fix later on today or tomorrow and I'm staying with the auto trans cause I'm doing the new paddle shift automatic kit upgrade next year which they make for our 240sx now and I told it work great. Everyone have a 5 speed 240sx already.

Update your damn sig, yo!

I'd like to see how that body kit looks lowered on some staggered 18's... Black with polished lip, thank you very much.

AZhitman, thanks for noticing the details and part of my goal was just to enhance the look of my 240sx convertible because the car really does have nice lines in case no one haven’t notices. Money was not an issue for this project, the whole has been re-done and painted two times already and I am schedule to repaint it one more time next year. I have 18” stagger wheels on the car, which I think looks nice on the car with the kit, which is different from everyone else kits I have seen so far, I am going to LOWER the car after the winter and take new pictures.

S13beast, the speakers are off center for a reason remember our convertible pump motor is located to the far right side of the trunk, so it wouldn’t be smart to put you sub right on top of your convertible pump motor maybe the new enclosure box will address this issue.

Goofyhero, I will email you today and help you with the planning of your convertible and whatever parts I have let you can have them, free of charge just pay for the shipping cost, I just gave always my old chrome wheels which were 17” four, lugs but 5 lugs is the way to go for the 240. However, you can have my old box when I get the new one from Brain.

Mullin22, the headrest are 240sx headrest that we custom fitted into the back of the 240sx convertible which looks very nice and everyone say it give the car a much better look when the top is down or up.

Elo240, you nail it the look I was going for was just clean and classy with some power that it, I like many of the convertibles I have seen on 240sx convertible.com, but really how many clean and classy ones are listed to show the car great details which is why we all really like the car in the first place.

I hope I didn't forget to answer anyone else questions and thanks for all the comments good and bad.

I can't believe you would say something like that... What's wrong with you? Your vert is sweet.

Buy another one if you want a stocker...
